Step 1- Cleanse your face and neck, then apply the face oil.

Step 2- Apply even strokes using the gua sha against your skin in the direction shown.

Step 3- Repeat the strokes several times to see maximum results, its suggested to use the gua sha 2-3 times per week for optimum and lasting results.
